www.enrollxp.com (“website”)  is an internet property of  iConneXions and its affiliates ("iConneXions," "we," "our," or "us"). Two class of users access this website. Client of this site who subscribes to various services are herein below referred as ‘clients’. General internet users filling out various forms published by “Clients” are here-in referred as “Applicants”. Both these class of users (“clients” and “applicants”) are together addressed as (“Users, “You”) in below terms and on our site.
Data privacy and security is important to us and to our Internet users, so we want to make sure that users of our website understand our privacy and security practices and policies

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our service, respond to a survey or fill out one or more form.

When registering on our site to use our service ,  you may be asked to enter personally identifiable information like name, address, establishments and other details. These details are essential in nature to establish your credential as a subscriber of this site. Also internet users filing out one or more application forms will fill in multitude of personal details as requested - some mandatory and other optional as indicated in the form.  We strongly advise users to provide accurate and verifiable information to establish your credential and credibility of the data. The onus of verifying the accuracy, authenticity and reliability of user entered data responding to one or more online forms rest with the institutes/clients who are hosting those forms.

We collect IP addresses of every users including applicants. Your IP address is used to gather broad and specific demographic information as well as for validation purposes. In addition, we use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.
We may also utilize certain tracking/web analytics software to capture your domain name address (the address of your Internet service provider) for purposes of tracking website statistics. However, we do not capture any personally identifiable information in our website tracking/analytics software

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

1. The application form details and documents uploaded by Applicants are stored electronically and collated/analyzed/filtered and processed as required to generate appropriate cut-off/merit lists.
2. Information pertaining to clients of this site are collected to verify login credentials, billing and services applicable. We may also use this to personalize your experience. Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs

3. To improve our website. We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you

Your information (as Client) and the applicant information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
